  First we tried to visit your 1232 E Main St Rock Hill, SC location as we were traveling late at night down I-77 towards Florida. We are on our way to Disney - our daughter woke up and was hungry. We saw the restaurant was 24 hours, so we pulled thru the drive thru. It says "We apologize for the inconvenience but our system is down." However, there was a car in front of us at the window and we saw them get handed food. The lady ignored us several minutes then looked at us and did the cut throat gesture while mouthing "we're closed." We went to the next 24 hr location and got the same message at the drive thru. What's the point of having 24 hr locations if you can't be served 24 hours? I assume there should be a back up plan if "systems" are truly down? Very disappointed as these are the last locations to eat 24 hrs on I-95 for quite a while. -Tired/Hungry Mama of a Tired/Hungry Toddler

  terrible.. waited 10 mins after I ordered my food to only get a cold burger when I finally got my burger. once I decided I wanted to return my burger i talked to the manager about it and she got a attitude telling me she don't understand why my burger was the way it was.. after waiting another 10 mins I realized it's been 30 mins and I still havnt been satisfied.. I returned my fries and drink and just got my money back.. I will never come back to this MacDonalds cause I know now what kind of customer service they bring to the public.

  Today I went to this McDonalds and at the window I asked if they had a Military discount. And the lady say no I'm sorry. And I gave her my card. She handed it back to me and said don't worry about and said thank you for your service, and she payed for my meal! Made me cry for sure! When you think all humanity is lost and that things like that just don't happen. Your wrong! People be patient! Some time humans make mistakes! Be humble and kind. And Pay it forward!
