  We went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered 2 Southwest Salads, 2 bacon biscuits and 4 chicken nuggets. What we got were 2 BACON CHEESEBURGERS., 4 chicken nuggets and 2 of the saddest southwest salads you could imagine. I think I had five beans in my salad. My grandson wouldn't eat the cheeseburgers because they had ketchup on them plus they were suppose to be biscuits. We live about 6 miles from the restaurant so going back was not an option. I called and spoke with a "manager" and she said they would give us our order free the next time were there but that doesn't help with our supper. Very disappointed

  When the store first opened it was like dining at a five-star restaurant. Now it's like any other McDonald's in town. The people who work there are typically friendly and customer oriented, however probably at least 20 percent of the time my order is wrong. Would love to see the original enthusiasm and quality that the store previously had
