  The service was great. The server was by our table every few minutes making sure we were okay. However, I ordered a burger well done, and they brought it to me medium rare. I sent it back because I was unable to have rare meat, and they literally microwaved it.

  I've been to this restaurant many times, and usually the service is fine. Last night, however, the service was terrible. It took way too long to get our food, with no forewarning that it would be delayed. Right before I asked for the check, the manager came out and explained that there had been some sort of error in the kitchen. In addition, the bartender was apparently overwhelmed (staffing issue), and couldn't really service all her tables, and the bar. Seems like the service is going downhill here, and I'll be looking for another place to dine when I'm in this area.
