  Food was very good but the management needs help. You don't repermand your people in front of the customers and make them wait to pay and can't leave. Kathy is a very nasty rude woman and needs to go. Never have I experienced such a supervisor here like her. She also needs to keep her hands down when she talks to you because it's a threating jester. I home the home office sees this soon so you can pull her out of my Bob's today.

  Gave them a second chance.. it was great. Food was hot and Very Delicious! Great improvements.

  Food was diffently not fresh. One of the meals was cold. The ice cream was crusty like its been sitting in the bowl in the freezer uncovered.

  Heard bad reviews from co-workers, but had a good experience there. Took some time to get my check and get rung out. Seemed to have some computer issues. Other than that it was great, no waiting, and food was on par for what was offered. Solid comfy food.
