  Can be a hit or miss. That's the simplest I can put it! Sometimes you come here & have the BEST experience. Other times u can come here & have the WORST experience. From the food, drinks and service. Oh and never come here within an hour of them closing. They will rush u out the door & your dining will be HORRIBLE!

  Sadly, I am only allowed to give one star. There should be a zero star available. My husband, myself, our daughter and her husband, and our 8 year old granddaughter went to this restaurant for a late lunch or early dinner around 2:30 on Sunday 4/2/2017. There were maybe 12 people in the restaurant. We stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to seat us. Finally, she shows up and says she can seat us in this nice booth. Gee whiz, the table had not been cleaned - lots of bits of food, liquids. She I'll be right back and clean it. her "right back" was close to 5 minutes and she swiped the stuff off the table, then seated us and gave us the menus. We wait for about 20 minutes for our waitress to come and take our orders. We ordered 1 glass of water, three glasses of ice tea and one apple juice for our granddaughter and our meals After about 20 minutes, waitress comes back and apologizes to us for the delay saying they are "so slammed". 90% of that restaurant was vacant, and we hadn't even received our drinks yet. Finally, the drinks come, along with another apology. Food finally gets delivered. We have no napkins or silverware. Another 5 minutes.
  
  Food, mediocre at best, and horrific at worst. My meal was inedible. I took one bite and could not continue eating it. My husband tasted it, my daughter tasted it and all three of us could not stand it. My dish was called Fire Roasted Chicken Salad Wrap.
  
  And here is the final straw that will keep me from ever going to this particular Applebees restaurant again and will never visit another Applebee's again. The ladies restroom. It was filthy! The tile floor was so dirty that your shoes stuck to it. The toilets looked like they had not been cleaned in months, as the did sink. That restroom stank!
